If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us first and return the unopened products and up to one opened product in its original container, anytime within 365 days from purchase date and receive a FULL refund, less any shipping and handling paid by the purchaser. Proof of purchase from us is required.
Terms and Conditions for Product Return:

- An "opened product" is merchandise NOT in its original condition.
"Unopened Product":- An "unopened product" is merchandise in its original condition.
Return Shipping:- The purchaser will be responsible for shipping charges on returned products.
Return Insurance:- Insurance on returned products is highly recommended. SmelzGood can not be responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
Expiration date:- Refunds will not be issued for product returns beyond the expiration date of the guarantee. SmelzGood will not return shipments received from the purchaser after the expiration date of the guarantee.
